Shuttering charge hand — Baraga County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Baraga County, Michigan. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. On the job you will handle: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Rotating shifts.
