Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ballard County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $8,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
