Immediate opening: kitchen cook (Washington)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Whitman County, Washington. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
