Butcher — Antrim County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Antrim County, Michigan. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
