Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Randall County, Texas. The role involves restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Performance bonus on top of base pay.
