Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
