Glass and glazing technician — Scott County

Now hiring: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Scott County, Kansas. The job is at a glass and aluminium factory. Day-to-day duties: • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame You should have: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred 3+ years on the tools preferred.
