Join our team: fine-dining server (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in North Ayrshire, Scotland. You will be based at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Part-time with flexible hours.
