Bread baker — Bossier Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Bossier Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a cake shop. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 3+ years on the tools preferred.
