Immediate opening: kitchen steward (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Arapahoe County, Colorado. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
