Electrical wireman • Socorro County, New Mexico

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrical wireman in Socorro County, New Mexico. You will work in a power distribution substation. Day-to-day duties: • Wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards • Install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter You should have: • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
