Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in McLean County, Illinois. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
