Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Stoke-on-Trent, England. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Part-time with flexible hours.
