Vacancy available: we are hiring a packer in Jay County, Indiana. You will be based in a cold-storage packing unit. Requirements: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights On a typical shift you will count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; weigh and portion products before bagging; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; operate the filling and sealing machine on the line; separate rejects and re-pack faulty units.
