Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Major County, Oklahoma. The job is at a halal meat counter. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
