You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours.
