Immediate opening: café server (New Mexico)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a café server in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. On the job you will handle: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
