Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Lee County, Iowa. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. You should have: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Your main tasks: • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance 3+ years on the tools preferred.
