Press shop operator — Marshall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press shop operator in Marshall County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes On the job you will handle: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
