Concrete pump mate — Hays County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Hays County, Texas. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods The role involves: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
