Join our team: power float operator (Kano State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power float operator in Warawa, Kano State. You will be based on a building construction site. The role involves erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Rotating shifts.
