Immediate opening: overhead (EOT) crane operator (Louisiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Iberville Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. On the job you will handle: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines Ideal candidate: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • A good head for heights for tower crane work Part-time with flexible hours.
