Cnc setter-operator — Howard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Howard County, Nebraska. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
