Steward — Logan County

Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Logan County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
