Immediate opening: formwork carpenter (Illinois)

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Macoupin County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
