Ductable AC technician — Garfield County

Now hiring: we are hiring a ductable AC technician in Garfield County, Utah. The job is at a busy AC installation company. On a typical shift you will recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
