Kitchen porter — Ward County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ward County, North Dakota. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
