We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Ezza North, Ebonyi State. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances You will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦85,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
