Bodywork technician — Dawson County

Join our team: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Dawson County, Montana. You will work at a paint and panel shop. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day-to-day duties: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Full-time with occasional weekends.
