Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
