Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Montgomery County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
