Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Posey County, Indiana. The job is at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
