Mechanical press operator • Suffolk County, New York

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Suffolk County, New York. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
