Immediate opening: coating plant operator (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Heard County, Georgia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
