Your main tasks: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
