Vacancy available: coating plant operator (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Elk County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at an automotive components factory. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
