In-process quality controller • Remo North, Ogun State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Remo North, Ogun State. The job is in an automotive parts factory. On the job you will handle: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer You should have: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Six days a week, one day off.
