Brickwork mason wanted in Bannock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Bannock County, Idaho. You will work on a new-build development. The role involves raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
