Overlocker operator — Ilesha West

Now hiring: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Ilesha West, Osun State. You will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Full-time, day shift.
