Vacancy available: bread and bun maker (North Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in McHenry County, North Dakota. You will be based in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
