Immediate opening: turning centre operator (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Mason County, Texas. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. You will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; load and index turning tools in the turret; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
