Now hiring: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. You will work at an auto-parts workshop. On the job you will handle: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
