Waitress — Idemili North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Idemili North, Anambra State. You will work in a coffee shop. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
