Aluminium workshop fabricator — Limestone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Limestone County, Alabama. You will work on a residential building site. The role involves de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders 2+ years on the tools preferred.
