Join our team: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Mahaska County, Iowa. The role involves install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks. You should have: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
