Cnc lathe operator — Mills County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Mills County, Iowa. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Your main tasks: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Load and index turning tools in the turret At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
