Head baker — Oregon County

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Oregon County, Missouri. You will be based at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 3+ years on the tools preferred.
