Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Katagum, Bauchi State. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
