Power press operator — Knox County

Join our team: we are hiring a power press operator in Knox County, Missouri. The role involves: • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Six days a week, one day off.
