Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Pulaski County, Arkansas. The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads. Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
